About Red Devil CrossFit

Our Mission

Red Devil Crossfit offers members a distinct style of fitness training based on Crossfit’s main principles; constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The purpose of our training is to provide the greatest, healthiest, and most efficient results possible. However, our programming provides much more than speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. Red Devil Crossfit provides members with training that will be challenging both mentally and physically; by the end of each class members will build both strength and character. While at Red Devil Crossfit we strive to provide members with excellent coaching, we also make it our personal goal to provide members with a supportive community of coaches and members that can help each other through all aspects of life.

Ready to get started? Our Foundations program includes 4 Personal Training sessions, coaching to learn all foundational crossfit movements, and nutrition counseling.

Red Devil Crossfit offers fitness training based on Crossfit’s main principles -- constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The challenge is real, and so are the results. Our coaching staff are committed to helping you reach your goals through both physical training and nutrition counseling, and all fitness levels are welcome.
